Is AI recommending you, or your competitors?
Your customers have stopped searching and started asking. They type a full question into ChatGPT or Google’s AI Mode and get back a shortlist of two or three names. If you’re not on it, there’s no page two to fall back on.
Our free AI visibility check shows you exactly where you stand.
What your free check includes
Your AI shortlist report. We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude (up to 10) real questions your buyers would ask, covering direct, comparison, budget and trust questions. For each one, you’ll see whether you’re named first, mentioned or missing.
A readability check. We confirm whether AI crawlers can access your website, or whether something is quietly blocking them.
Your quickest wins. Three practical fixes you can make straight away, ranked by impact.
Four things that have changed
1. Keywords have become conversations
Buyers don’t type “accountant Liverpool” any more. They ask, “I run a Shopify shop turning over £40k a month, who should do my books?” Then they ask follow-ups such as “which is cheapest?” Every one of those questions is a chance to be named or left out.
2. Ten blue links have become one answer
AI gives the buyer a decision rather than a list of websites to compare. Fewer people click through, and the ones who do arrive ready to buy. Being cited in the answer is the new number one ranking.
3. AI rewards clarity and proof, not clever marketing
AI repeats what the web already agrees on. It favours businesses that say the same thing about themselves everywhere, that other people talk about through reviews, directories and local press, and whose websites answer real questions plainly.
4. Many websites are invisible to AI
Firewall settings, Cloudflare defaults and content that only loads through JavaScript can stop AI assistants reading your site at all. If they can’t read it, they can’t recommend you.
